    Groove subscription was deleted


    I had started a groove trial subscription through the insider program. When I liked it, I cashed in some xbox rewards points, and had a couple promo coupons as well. Everything was working until last week when it looks like my Groove subscription was deleted?
    I didn't end it. And xbox support can't seem to find the issue.

    The only thing I can think about is that when I started the trial subscription, it was for 30 days + 3 months, and it just so happens to be around 4 months later that it all ended.

    Did my Xbox rewards tokens not get carried over? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Groove Subscription

    I signed up for a free trial subscription for Groove music and was told I would receive 2 extra free months for signing up at that time. I was also advised that I would be sent a code nearer the time to extend the free trial. the subscription renew date
    is the 26th of this month I think but I have not yet received a code to extend the free trial. is this something you could possibly assist me with? thank you.
