    Groove not recognising sub


    Hi,

    I have Zune/Groove pass, payments up to date.

    When using Zune does not see sub and acts as though no pass. 30 sec previews of songs and banner ads to try pass.

    Worked for years before now.

    Any suggestions?

    XBone not recognising my gold sub anymore.

    Basically im using a free month on my new GT its due to run out on september 14th everything was going fine up until around 5 days ago i was asked to buy gold already and cant play any mp or join parties or anything. any ideas thanks AJ.

    its best to contact xbox Support directly for issues wit billing and subscriptions

    on your own end, there is not much you could try except for

    - removing your gamertag (Settings - menu on the right of the Screen)

    - give your xbox a hard reset (press and hold xbox power button for 10sec)

    - readd your gamertag (topleft Corner, add new)

    power cycle
    ?

    Sometimes, subscription renewals may not be immediately recognized by the Xbox. A power cycle usually solves that.

    You can also verify if your subscriptions are indeed active by checking here:

    I am sorry to hear that.

    Please, make sure to make his XBOX the home console of his account.

    Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

    To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

    Then, please, power cycle the console.

    Turn off the console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on.

    Let me know if it works
