Groove music

Hi guys I'm having problems with Groove Music on my Xbox 1.

I had an update for it and tried to install it but it just doesn't work and disconnects my internet for 1 minute when I do try to install it and it remains on 0%. After it reconnects to the internet it tries to intall again, but it disconnects again and
again etc.

I've tried uninstalling Groove Music and re-installing, but it still does the same thing, is this a bug or is there other things I can try?

Forza Horizon 3 Groove Music Playlist not working

Hi guys!

Groove Music radio is not aviable for me. I don't have Groove Music radio and Groove Music playlist in audi settings. Groove playlist shuffle option not working also. Can i somehow use Groove Music Radio in FH3 in Poland? Leave a comment if you need more
details.

Sorry to hear about the network issues. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

I'm using a wireless connection

Download speed 26.43 mbps, upload 1.80 mbps, Packet loss 0%, wireless strength 90%, and I'm using a TalkTalk Modem

 

*TalkTalk router manufactured by Huawei HG633

 

Thanks for the information, is it possible to try a wired connection to see if it helps? Even though the wireless strength is at 90% there could still be a connection issue there, so we'll want to try that first to see if it helps.
