groove music promotion not received

I purchased a groove music pass in July as part of the buy one get three free promotion. I have yet to receive the free time.

I was referred here to have this taken care of.

3 month free groove music promo code/email missing

I signed up for the Free 4 month Groove music promotion for black friday:

Groove music pass 3 months free code not received

I activated the one month trial of groove music on the 27 of August, through what I think was called the "find your groove" promotion from xbox live rewards and was supposed to be emailed a code for an extra three months of groove music within a month but
I still haven't received a code, so any help would be appreciated, thanks!
