Why I didn't receive yet the 30$ voucher?

My free subscription will end on 17 of July.

haven't received my 3-month promo code

I have signed up for groove music pass during promotion, haven't received the email containing my 3-month free promo code.

signed up Feb 24th 2017, got charged on April 8th.

 

Can't redeem groove free 3 month code

I can't eedeem my free 3 month groove music pass code.

The promotion was between the 16-30 of June on the home page on my Xbox one .it says that new member that join for Groove music pass will get free 3 months after they finish the first free month.

To check, did you purchase your subscription within that promotion or did you do it elsewhere?

 

I did it through my iPhone and not directly from my Xbox but it was at the period of the promotion

Just to clarify, did you purchase a month of Groove with a credit card or did you redeem a prepaid one month Groove code? If you purchased a month, your best bet would be to reach out to
Groove Support via their Support page.The 'Contact Us' options can be found near the bottom of that page.

If you redeemed a prepaid one month Groove code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this promotion. Per the

Groove promotional page, in order to qualify for the 3 complimentary months of Groove, you had to have purchased one month at $9.99.
