Ad me to the list of people who haven't received their code for this promotion. My offer was via email, and I fulfilled my month of billing. I too was sent here for support.

Same issue with not receiving the 3 Month Groove Pass code, I have spent over 4 hours chatting with Microsoft tech, have spoken to seven different reps, in numerous departments, and nobody has an answer. My trial expires 13/08/16, and still no code. I've
stood by you for years Microsoft, but this is some of the absolute worst service I have ever received.

I to did not get my promo code, can you look into it for me as well. Paid for 1 month, and renewed for another already and still no code. I see that the offer expires on 8/17/16. I have seen this on my Xbox one Gold account and here
