I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

I to did not get my promo code, can you look into it for me as well. Paid for 1 month, and renewed for another already and still no code. I see that the offer expires on 8/17/16. I have seen this on my Xbox one Gold account and here

Ok, First off let me start off by saying this is very frustrating!!!!!!!! Why am I talking to Xbox for Groove?? Why is there no support for Groove??? Why when I call for support on this offer no one seems to know what it is???? How come when I call they
keep calling it Xbox Music???? Why can't someone look up and see if an email was sent??? If it was sent why can't they void that code and issue me a new one, or tell me the code that they sent???? Which team did you send our details to??? Why is this taking
so long for a response??? You guys make it real hard to like a product. Is this false advertisement???? Come on Microsoft, step up to the plate and help us out, can't you see that there is a problem here???? I am not the only one, or only post on the form.

 

Same issue with not receiving the 3 Month Groove Pass code, I have spent over 4 hours chatting with Microsoft tech, have spoken to seven different reps, in numerous departments, and nobody has an answer. My trial expires 13/08/16, and still no code. I've
stood by you for years Microsoft, but this is some of the absolute worst service I have ever received.

I think it is weird that it takes 2 weeks to respond with an answer for this problem, no wait we still don't have an answer?????????? I think you guys need to follow up with that "appropriate team", and see what is going on????? It should not take this
long. We spend hours on chat/phone trying to resolve this. This should be something so simple and quick
