    Groove music 4 months free code not recieved


    Hi,

    In the Black Friday week, I took advantage of a Groove Music 4 months free offer through the Windows 10 Store app. The offer said that within 30 days after signing up for the standard 30-day free trial, I would recieve a promotional code to redeem for 3
    further months.

    It has been 30 days and I have not recieved the code. Please could I have it sent to me (the Chat agents on Support have told me that people here would be able to).

    Never got 3 month groove code

    I was supposed to get 4 months of groove free. I never recieved the email with trial code for the 3 months

    However, for this specific promotion you're referring to that was ran through the Windows Store, you are going to want to reach out to
    Groove Music support for further assistance.

    Posted on the Groove forums but no reply yet - and loads of other people also seem to have had this problem, but no one is replying to any of our posts...!

    Sorry to hear about that. I recommend that you request a call to speak directly to a Microsoft Support agent through the

    Microsoft Contact Us page
    . Since this is a promotion that you signed up through the Windows Store for Groove Music, that will be the next best step.

    I definitely understand the frustration, and please keep us posted here with the results so we can make sure this is sorted!
