Groove Music 31 day free trial plus the next 4 months free

I just signed up for the Groove Music offer that offered not only a 31 day trial from now (August 9th) to September 9th, but it also said that the next four months (until December 9th) would also be free and a token(s)/codes(s) will be sent to renewal the
four free months. Will I be receiving the token(s)/code(s) later or within the next couple of days?

I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

"Offer ends 31/12/16. One 30-day trial and 1 free promo code to be applied once free trial is completed. Signup requires a valid credit card. Before completion of the first trial month, customer will receive a promo code to be applied for 3 months of Groove
Music Pass. Customers eligible for a 30-day free trial will not be billed for their first month of service. Previous Zune, Xbox or Groove Music Pass trial customers are not eligible for this offer."

Didn't recieve Groove music plus three code

Hi,

I opened a thread about this before, a member of support told me they had sent a message and the thread was locked, however, I never received it. I tried to follow up with PMs but never got a response. Could somebody help?

Where did you sign up for the Groove Music promotion, and which specific date? If it was on your Xbox One console through the dashboard ad, those codes will be sent in waves, and all eligible customers will receive their code within 30 days. If you do not
receive the code within the 30 days, please post back here!



If you signed up through Groove Music's website, or through the Windows Store on Windows 10, you should also receive your code within 30 days in your Microsoft Account's email inbox. If you do not see a code come in within that time, you will want to reach
out to
Microsoft Support or make a post on the
Microsoft Groove forums. We are only able to assist with promotions that are ran through the Xbox One dashboard.

I signed up through the groove app itself on 8/9/2017. It is now 9/8/2017 and I have yet to receive any codes in my email or the xbox app.
