Groove music 3 months

I was supposed to receive a groove code for an extra free 3 months to redeem by August 30th but never got it. I talked to someone before about this but they told me to come back if I still didn't receive anything.

1. When did you purchase the subscription?
2. Was it via the Xbox One dashboard or via email?

It was on August 17th 2016, the last day for the promotion. And it was through the Xbox dashboard as that's where I saw the promotion.

 

Also had this problem, I bought mine August 10th and on the dashboard as well.

If you purchased on August 17, 2016, you still have some time before 30 days have passed. Once a full billing cycle since your purchase has passed, be sure to let us know if you still don't have your code.

It's now September 10th and I still haven't received any codes.

 

Same here. Did mine on the 11th and still nothing.

 

I also have not received my code and I signed up on August 6.
