Groove Music 3 Months Token

In April I signed up for the trial of Groove Music. I never received the 3 more months for free token. I checked my emails, spam folders, and xbox message center. I was told my an online chat agent I would get a new code, but to post here.

During the first 30 days, customer will receive a token for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Tokens will be delivered to subscriber via email or Xbox message center.

I signed up to the trail but didn't get the token for 3 months of Groove Music Pass within the 30 days

 

I have not yet received my Groove Music 3 month free token

I signed up for the 1 month free Groove Music trial + 3 months free token and have yet to receive my token. Help?

Still no token anywhere......wanting to cancel my upcoming payment with Apple and switch to Groove, but no one is helping me...

Thanks so much for clarifying for me! Apologies for the delay in response as we do not work weekends here on the forums.

Because you got this through the web promotion, we are unable to assist here on the Xbox side of things. We are only able to support issues with this promotion if they were purchased through the console. Purchasing through the web gets an email sent to customers,
and those on the
Groove Answers forums will be able to provide you that code.
