Groove code

My Groove trial ended on the 17th but I never received my three month code. I've chatted in a few times and they confirmed I should have received it, but were unable to get me a code because they were out. I was hoping this forum might be more helpful. Thanks!

I have not received the 2 months free code for Microsoft groove music that I should have received because I purchased a month of groove.

Where did you sign up for the Groove Music promotion, and which specific date? If it was on your Xbox One console through the dashboard ad, those codes will be sent in waves, and all eligible customers will receive their code within 30 days. If you signed
up through the Xbox One dashboard, please post back here so we can take a deeper look!



If you signed up through Groove Music's website, or through the Windows Store on Windows 10, you should also receive your code within 30 days in your Microsoft Account's email inbox. If you do not see a code come in within that time, you will want to reach
out to
Microsoft Support or make a post on the
Microsoft Groove forums. We are only able to assist with promotions that are ran through the Xbox One dashboard.

I did it through the website. I talked to the chat support before and they referred me to Xbox chat support, but I'll try that forum. Thanks!
