Discus and support Groove Code of 3 months free not recieved yet since july! in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I signed up to Groove music pass in July, as there was a promotion to get 3 months free.,I am supposed to be emailed a code . i still havent received...     Groove Code of 3 months free not recieved yet since july!


    I signed up to Groove music pass in July, as there was a promotion to get 3 months free.,I am supposed to be emailed a code .

    i still havent received any code. The offer said the code had to be used by August 31st. That's been over a month and not even a single email? i messaged support twice..

    Before anyone from support locks this thread - I was sent here by the chat team. I went onto the Groove support page on the Microsoft website and selected chat. When I started talking to the guy he said i should post here. thank u

    Haven't recieved 3 month voucher for music pass Promotion $Flash Sale W10 Anniversary$

    I recieved email on July 21st that I can subscribe to music pass to get up to 3 month free voucher - depends on pevious billings) I was new customer - haven't yet subscribed to Groove so I recieved initial one month free then one month was billed and I should
    recieve 3 month voucher after first billed month - did not happen, I canceled subscription after one month - Today...

    Please issue 3 month voucher!

    I never got my free 3 months of Groove music after buying one and since then it expired and I have not recieved 3 months free code I shouldve. Here's the reference number to my case No. [Mod Removed]

    I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?

    I you met the requirements for the promotion you should have received a code for two months free that had to be redeemed by August 31st. I would contact Groove support to sort this out. Use the link above to prove you met the requirements and that you did
