    Groove Code Expired Early


    Free 3 Month Groove Code was sent to me via Xbox Messages saying it expired tomorrow, Sept. 1st.

    Code seems to have expired early though, according to support it expired at 12:00 a.m. UTC on Sept. 1st (which is NOT my timezone, my timezone is EST) and I had no way to know this.

    Is there any way I could please have this code replaced? Thank you.

    The same thing happened to my younger brother as well.

    No it's not. They also expired it early.

    I used a 10% code today (personalised). Had to sign up to voucher cloud though to receive it and expires in 4 days.

    Could always give that a go.

    Hi Kagamine Len01. The representative gave you the wrong information. The Rewards program cannot give out store credit. Unfortunately, the codes that we sent out expired when they announced the end of the Groove pass.
