Groove 4 month free???!!!

Any news. How long does it take to validate that I signed up before the offer end date and to issue a code as promised????? Over 3 weeks since first I contacted Microsoft about this. Disgraceful.

I see no transactions occurring for my 1-month trial. What I do see is shown below:-

On 4 Sept 2016 I received an email from Microsoft that stated:-

For just $9.99 CAD a month, plus applicable taxes, your 1 Month Music Pass gives you unlimited access to millions of songs on your Windows PC or tablet, Xbox consoles, the web, and phone, including iOS and Android. Download or stream as many songs as you

When I did not receive my 3 months pass, I cancelled the auto-renew feature before I was charged.

So having signed up on the 12 August (before the 17th August deadline) I await the code for the 3 months free pass.

Been communicating with Microsoft since the 7th Sept 2016 concerning this issue, firstly with Microsoft Billing Support (with an agent called Jell B), then the Microsoft Answer Desk (ref # 1354697697) than the X-Box forum with Lady Ross (Service Request
1354698403 ) then on this forum. Getting a little frustrated.

does the forum automatically give you an alias when you post?
