    Received an unsolicited email from Microsoft describing a promotion for Microsoft Groove. It described how as a new member I could have a free 1 month trial and then I would receive a code to give me 3 further months free. Signed up for the 1 month free
    trial. Towards the end of the month I contacted Microsoft Support via chat on 3 separate occasions and described the above. I have documented transcripts from 2 of those chats that agree that, having activated an account before the deadline as described in
    the email, I qualify for the 3 months free promotion The last person I chatted with even sent me an email and asked me to inform her if I did not receive a code. Since then, I have not received a code despite contacting the agent by email 3 times and my
    month free trial has ended and my account disabled. Not impressed with the Microsoft customer service. Thinking of going to Apple Music who are offering a similar deal (free trial and free 3 months membership then monthly subscription thereafter for the
    same price. Hope they are more efficient

    Never got my 3 month token for groove music trial.

    I never got my 3 month token for groove music trial, made multiple calls to store support, xbox support with no luck. This was in reference the the 4 month groove trial.

    So having signed up on the 12 August (before the 17th August deadline) I await the code for the 3 months free pass.

    Been communicating with Microsoft since the 7th Sept 2016 concerning this issue, firstly with Microsoft Billing Support (with an agent called Jell B), then the Microsoft Answer Desk (ref # 1354697697) than the X-Box forum with Lady Ross (Service Request
    1354698403 ) then on this forum. Getting a little frustrated.
