Groove 3-month promotion never recieved

I was told to create a new post to solve this issue. As many other threads here have mentioned, I never received the promotional codes promised to me if I had signed up for a 1-month trial. There are many images in other posts showing the offer, so I will
not add to it. My one month trial has since expired, but no codes have arrived. It clearly said that the codes should arrive before my trial expired.

Never got 3 month groove code

I was supposed to get 4 months of groove free. I never recieved the email with trial code for the 3 months

 

3 month free groove music promo code/email missing

I signed up for the Free 4 month Groove music promotion for black friday:

I never received any promo for the remaining 3 months. Please help!

There is many different Groove Music promotions actually, in order to assist you best, we'd need to know where and how you signed up for a Groove Music trial offer. Can you please link us to the page with the promotion you did?

No problem. Here is the link where I found the promotion: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/groove/default.aspx.

I think I might have just signed up for it through my Groove Music app though. I'm pretty sure that when I opened the app, the same promotion was offered. I then clicked try 1-month trial, and then I was told the 3-month code would come in 30 days.

Since this promotion was obtained through the Groove Website/App and not on an Xbox One console, you'll actually want to post in the Microsoft Answers forums
HERE. Make sure to post in the Music, Movies & TV section.

The teams will be able to take a closer look and help there. Since it wasn't through the Xbox console, we don't have a way to fulfill it unfortunately.
