Groove 3 Month Promo Code already been redeemed, even though I just received it.

Like the title states, I just got the message saying, As promised, here's your code for 3 additional months of Groove Music Pass. I clicked on redeem code, and immediately the message came up in yellow letters that the code has already been redeemed. I
checked the subscriptions status and I still have the same 5/22/17 renew date. Please help, thanks.

Never received my two 3-month promo codes for Groove Music

I purchased a subscription for Groove Music and was supposed to received two 3-month promo codes. It's almost been a month and nothing. I've checked my junk mail folder as well.

 

Quick update. After talking to support, they found that the code was used a week ago, even though I just received the message TODAY!! What is going on?

 

Ok, I give up, after talking to 4 different people, who confirmed that the code was redeemed before I even had the service, and was about to refer me to yet another person, I said forget it, not worth this many headaches. Close thread please.
