Groove 3 month code

Hello,

i saw the groove offer months ago (buy 1 month get 3 free) so i used that offer and i thought im supposed to recieve a code and i was told multiple times that im gonna recieve the code via email and i never recieved it i go on check my xbox today and see
the messages section and i find the code there and its already expired because i didn't have access to my xbox i don't know if im supposed to post the expired code here to hopefully get a new code

PLEASE HELP.

I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
like stated in the offer.

 

Didn't receive my promotional code for 3 months of Groove Music

Still no code for 3 months of Groove Music :-( !!

As the Xbox Live message you got advised, the code provided needed to be redeemed by a certain date. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace expired codes.

Sincere apologies for any frustration this may cause.

 

My problem is not that my main problem is why did more than 1 staff told me that i'll recieve it by email and i wait for that whole time then it expires and it ends up being in my xbox messages this is unfair to be serious

 

Well, I never got the code in the 1st place

 

That is really unprofessional from Microsoft a company this big and i don't get any replies or help to solve my problem
