    My Questions were not answered why was this post locked really professional from microsoft .. Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    i want to know why i get told that i will be sent the code in my email and it ends up being expired in my messages section in my console.

    im not blind and i clearly see that it says customer will recieve via EMAIL a promo code valid for 90 days.

    xbox support checked my email and found no email of the code

    it was in my xbox messages which is YOUR problem for not telling me that it was there that whole time i waited for it

    Where is my code microsoft?

  2. I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

    I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
    like stated in the offer.

    I paid for my first month of Groove on 9/1/17. I am supposed to receive a code for 3 free months of Groove. I have not received this yet.

  5. As you have clearly posted above, "Promo code must be used by August 31, 2016". If you were clearly able to read the part about email, then you should have been able to clearly read the part with the expiration date. Nobody can provide you with an offer
    after the date has passed. It is clearly not possible. Sorry.

    You don't recieve a code until a full billing cycle which is 30 days which makes it not possible to use the code by the 31st i didn't even recieve the code until mid september

    And i didn't recieve it where i was supposed to recieve it which caused it to expire

    Again this is Microsoft's problem not mine

    As we advised in your previous thread, we are unfortunately unable to assist with tokens that have expired. We understand that this may cause some frustration however we are unable to replace expired codes or re-activate them.
