    Een groot gedeelte van mijn xbox one games zijn verdwenen en ik vermoed dat dit sinds de laatste update is. Ik heb een Xbox One en een Xbox One X beide met een externe hdd en nu zijn op beide Xbox-en games verdwenen en geven een "pinned' logo in de groepen
    waar ze in stonden weer.

    De games die zijn verdwenen zijn niet op beide xbox-en hetzelfde. Een harde reboot op de xbox-one x heeft niet geholpen. Het lijkt mij ook sterk dat 2 externe hdd's na de laatste update gelijktijdig kapot zijn gegaan.

    Is er eigenlijk nog enige support van Microsoft zelf uit of komt de hulp nog alleen van andere gebruikers?

    Ik heb voor veel geld games aangeschaft maar heb op deze manier geen zin meer om nog geld uit te geven aan nieuwe games. Het gebeurt te vaak dat ik games niet kan spelen omdat bijvoorbeeld problemen met Live zijn en offline spelen kan volgens mij niet meer.....en
    het lukte dan zelfs niet vanaf disc.

    Nu dit probleem weer......

    Kan iemand mij helpen?

    The games that have disappeared are not on both xbox and the same.
    A hard reboot on the xbox-one x did not help.
    It also seems strong to me that 2 external HDDs broke simultaneously after the last update.


    Is there any support from Microsoft itself or does the help only come from other users?

    I have bought games for a lot of money, but in this way I no longer want to spend money on new games.
    It happens too often that I cannot play games because, for example, there are problems with Live and I think playing offline is no longer possible ..... and then it didn't even work from a disc.

    Now this problem again ......

    I have done some more testing and found out I have some weird "network problems". I have tested on my own network, on an external network and tried even on the 4G network but all gave the same results:

    On the external network:

    Network: Wired IPv4 Nat Type: Open All services are available

    Testing the multiplayer network:

    Can't finish multiplayer tests

    Back up and try the test again. If it still doesn't work, there may be a problem with your network. (0x000000000000000000)

    On all networks!! This could be a problem of the Xbox one X networking but......it gets kinda weird...

    When I log off my account and log on with another account I can do the same tests get the message:

    It's all good

    There are no problems with your connection for multiplayer. If you'restill having trouble, try refreshing your NAT type.

    When I log off this account and log on with my own account I receive the same
    Can't finish multiplayer tests
    error again and all the network errors with for example the "Xbox insider Hub" which I could download from the store but can not run it because of "network-errors"

    Based on these test-results I believe there must be someting wrong with my account on the Xbox Live servers. I also can not download nor install the XBox insider hub on my windows 10 pc. My windows 10 pc does everything normal, networking is good, everything
    works except many Xbox things. I don't think factory reset 2(!!!!) Xbox one's and a windows 10 pc will fix this problem especially because the Xbox seems to have no problem working with another profile. Also the impossability to download the
    Xbox insider hub on my pc while I can download it on the Xbox but cannot get it working makes the whole situation looks like a microsoft account issue.

    I've also looked in the Xbox one X. The last update was from I believe march 14 2019 and because I had to download the Xbox insider Hub (I did this based on

    I read earlier this evening) I cannot imagine I have ever volunteered to take part on the Insider preview program.

    I hope you can help me further based on this info. Factory-resetting 2 Xboxes (and a Windows 10 PC?) are very demotivating for using Microsoft in the future....especially when consoles become cloud-based I don't think I will like it anymore based on this
    experience...but maybe ther is a good solution..let's hope

    Edit: I've installed the Xbox insider Hub with another account and logged in with my Xbox live account and I get the button "Deelnemen" ("Enroll"?) I have not pushed it because I don't want to enroll. But I think my Xboxes are not in the Insider Program
    but I do receive much more updates than the regular ones. (And far far far too many, Updating is not my type of game I wanna play on the Xbox)

    Hi there,

    Thank you for updating us with this new information.

    First of all, I know it can be frustrating to have to deal with these type of issues. I just want to clarify that Microsoft is not responsible for game licenses that are developed or published by other studios not associated with Microsoft. Game developers and publishers
    are solely responsible for verifying that you own their license when you start a game. Digital rights management policies applies to all digital content, no matter what or where they are used.

    If your Xbox One X is receiving updates regularly, then it's very likely it was accidentally enrolled in the Insider program at some point. Public system updates that go out to everyone usually only come around every 1-2 months. You can double check if you
    are by seeing if you have the Xbox Insider Hub app downloaded. If you do, open it and if it asks you to join then the console is not enrolled.

    Either way, these issues mean that your console needs to be factory reset. Please unplug your router and modem for at least 5 minutes to restart the internet. Then I suggest a

    soft factory reset
    of both of your Xbox's. Unplug your external HD's before you factory reset your Xbox's. Make sure to select "keep my games & apps" and have your account login information plus your WIFI password ready
    because you will need to re-add the account and re-connect to your network.

    Let us know if you can confirm that neither of your Xbox's are in the insider program and also try out the soft factory reset and let us know the results.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I have done more research and concluded the games are not deleted but "unavailable". When a game does not show up correctly in the list but as a "pinned" logo game, I can go to the "game-management page" and there it says
    there is nothing installed nut when I click the button "show in Microsoft Store" on top of the page I get a page which says something like the game can not be found.......

    When I search in the store for the game by name I can find it and it states I'm the owner......

    When I closed the Xbox One X and wrote the former message in this thread I went to the Xbox One X again, started it and now there were different games "unavailable". When I try to start them from the store I get a error-message my network is not functioning.
    But with the games which are appearing normal in my game list I receive no network errors (???????)

    Earlier this evening I got my Xbox X working again but every game I started it says in Dutch something like "Your game is being prepared"....etc.

    but many times I first receive a message like "something went wrong' or "network issues" but the second or third time it starts....

    My standard Xbox one now also has all the games present again but on many games it says I have to log in with the account which bought the game but I did....... Or I receive the message I have to logon to Live but I am logged on. Amazon Prime does only
    work when I am logged on and its working normally. Also not every game gives the network error.

    It seems like a license problem or something and I am getting kinda tired of this because it lookes like Microsoft cares so much about the protection for games that customers who pay a lot for games have to deal with a lot of struggle to get the expensive
    games working every time again and again.... I'm loosing the fun in gaming with the Xbox-one quickly when I the main thing I do with them now is getting them to function again...

    About the Xbox insider preview.....I hate updates so I didn't enroll my Xboxes as far as I'm aware but where can I check this?

    I receive far too many updates especially on the Xbox One X and I never see them back in the regulary update-history. I would like them to stop this frequently. Is there a possability to check if my Xboxes are by accident in some preview programm?

    The problem with the games is not over yet but maybe my new info says something?

    Thank you for coming to the forums, I'd be happy to help.

    When you say your games disappeared, do you mean that all of your games uninstalled from your external HD's on two different Xbox's after the same update? What about games in the internal HD or apps if you have any?

    The last public update was almost a month ago so if you had a recent update then both of your Xbox's are likely enrolled in the Xbox Insider Preview program testing updates before they go public. Have you ever enrolled either Xbox in the Insider program?

    If your games simply uninstalled, you don't lose the license to any digital game you've purchased. Although inconvenient, you will just need to re-install them.

    I suggest a
    soft factory reset
    of both of your Xbox's. Unplug your external HD's before you factory reset your Xbox's. Make sure to select "keep my games & apps" and have your account login information plus your WIFI password ready because you will need to re-add the
    account and re-connect to your network.

    Update us with the information asked and if a soft factory reset fixes the issue.

    I'm sorry to say but at this point I think it would be best to continue troubleshooting with customer support since they have the proper tools to look into account information and troubleshoot account & network issues. We can provide information and solutions
    to various issues but we are limited on the support we can provide. We don't know here on the forums if your console's are enrolled or not but it does seem like the Xbox One X is at least with how many updates it get's because the last public update was on
    March 5th. Customer support may be able to look into that for you too using their support tools. I still recommend soft factory resetting the consoles as I think it will help but ultimately that is up to you.
