Grips of elite controller loose. NL

Hello guys,

I have a question, im from the netherlands and i have a elite controller with the grips on the back side who are getting loose. I have warranty but where do i have to be? Or who can i contact for that? It says microsoft, but they are only in other countries,
how does that work? Help me please

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to your question about seeking a way to replace your in-warranty Elite Controller you do have a few options. One option is going to the
Devices Website and creating a replacement order through there after signing into your Microsoft account. Another option would be to
Contact Xbox Support and have them assist you with creating a replacement order for your Elite Controller.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
- Select – Call me back
