    Grieving mother offended and insulted by Enforcement team


    MY wife and I have in the recent past gone through a loss that not only shook us both to the core but also nearly destroyed our worth of living and even the smallest shreds of happiness in our life. Our child was lost as a stillborn and as uncomfortable
    as I already am publicizing our loss onto an Xbox Live forum we both feel desperate as the live support couldn't do anything but point us in the direction of the enforcement team who offered no help whatsoever and has not even replied or attempted to help
    at all. We both, following the guidelines of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct created an Xbox Live gamertag expressing our faith of our lord Jesus Christ whose devout love and sympathy has been nearly the only thing to give us strength through the grieving process,
    only to have the Xbox Live enforcement team insult us and completely erase a self-Identifying gamertag that not only did we create out of love and faith over a lost child but also bode not one infraction with a single rule of the Xbox Live code of conduct.
    We're looking everywhere for help and any is appreciated.

    It wasn't the scoffing at the idea I got insulted by, it was that he was insulting my integrity by saying that I outright ignore things or defend with my life. I was offended by this because I haven't ignored anything or defended it with my life.

    would be nice if the enforcement team followed their own code of conduct

    it clearly states that they (the enforcement team) take things in context

    yet i get a communication ban when playing red dead online, reported by griefers who admit to grieving me 3vs1, heaven forbid they (the enforcement team) take 5 minutes to read a full message, no they read one line, ignore the context and ban

    Xbox reporting is ridiculous

    Your best course of action in cases such as this are to report and block offending players. The enforcement team will take it from there and also be able to see if multiple accounts are offending off the same IP.
