    grid lines over everything NHL 16


    I am having a weird issue w/ NHL 16.

    We just got a xbox1s for xmas and a few games (Madden 16, minecraft, battlefront, marvel lego, and NHL 16)

    Only NHL16 has an issue- there are very fine gridlines over the entire screen- they are not on other people NHL16 that I have seen. We exchanged the game and it didn't solve anything. then we uninstalled/reinstalled new disk in case ti was part of download
    from original disk- still the same thing.

    Any idea what to do from here? the other games all are fine, so it seems like an issue w/ the game instead of the console to me.

    NHL 16??

    Since the game has been removed from the vault, then the game will also be delisted from the store due to licenses for the game not being renewed. Your only option is to find a disc copy of the game. You will still be able to play it, just have to insert
    the disc to be able to.

    Surge protector

    After a line snapped on the grid, I learned the hard way that a quality breaker style Surge Protector is worth putting on everything from consoles and TV's to the Fridge.

    After the outtage, everything connected to a surge protector still worked fine while everything not connected was toast.

    Have to powercycle modem to connect to live

    Using whatever the default power mode is. When I turn it on it says I'm connected to live but can't connect to EA sever, only play nhl so not sure if this is an EA issue. I get multiple connection errors if I was to run a network connection test before
    I powercycle the modem. Can't connect to network problem with your isp is the most common but also get "DCHP error" and "everything is good but there's some issues on our end". It's obviously not and isp issue everything else works fine except the Xbox One.
    This happened on both Nhl 15 and 16
