GRID Autosport "Sprint Pack DLC" - unable to download.

XBOX 360 “Support” Team,

I’m very, very disappointed with you and your approach.

I’m a loyal MS / XBOX customer – I own 2 XBOX 360’s, over 100 games, Live Gold (1 year subscription) and a lot of additional paid content from XBOX Live.

I paid some $$$ for the GRID content that I can’t use, and you are not able to give me even a simple answer – “we are working on this” or “get lost - it won’t be solved”.

I know that this is a very small issue (with that DLC) from your side, but all those small issues are building trust for you and your company. Now the trust is gone...

Don’t you think that a short answer is something we deserve as your customers? How do you want to keep us as customers and persuade me to go into XBOX One if you treat our problems like this?

Besides that, you were able to solve this for other people in the past, so there is not a huge amount of work needed to check this once again.

Don’t bother with an answer now. I don’t care anymore.

Will play Baldur’s Gate / Icewind Dale / KOTOR on my Android tablet for some time.

I've plowed £££££'s (before moving to Aus and migrating my tag) into games, DLC, 4x 360's multi region, an xbox one, peripherals, subscriptions, you name it. Racked up a high score from 2006 and been on xbox pretty much 10 years now, yet people who have
been on xbox about 3 years got a free xbox one, I got nothing... Never got solid help every time I enquired to customer service on issues I was having for almost a year trying to migrate my tag, never got a callback. Wanted to extend my warranty on my UK 360
prior to it expiring, customer service pretended to not know anything, and when I finally got an answer after it was escalated up two levels, was told by the manager that there is nothing he can do and cannot let me extend my warranty as the the warranty I
had expired ( I enquired 1 month before it did - thanks MS)... As for this they and everyone affiliated as 'community support ' can poke it. I've paid for this drag pack for nothing and the only way I'm getting this done is on my brothers console when I visit
the folks back in England come august/september.

 

Lets keep this on the front page till we get an answer.

 

Just to let you know guys.

I'm still not able to download "Sprint Pack".

Besides that, right now I'm not able even to re-download "Drag Pack" - I deleted the whole game and DLC's to check the fresh install. So now I'm missing TWO packs which I have paid for. This is really an improvement...

The whole situation with that game and additional content is really a HUGE mess. I have never had such problems with any game or DLC from the XBOX marketplace. Noone is able to solve this problem (or noone cares?). Both Microsoft and Codemasters are useless
in that matter. Although they should have learned from the past experience.

With all the respect - You are investigating this for couple of weeks already. It's maybe fine for you. However we are still not able to download DLC's that we have paid for. Instead of the investigation I would like to hear a solution from you guys. Right
now, for me "Sprint pack" is still not working and also "Drag pack" is additionally broken down (I'm not able to re-download it).

So if you could pass this to your support team that not only the issue is still not fixed, but also some other things are getting worse. It is always the same - starting download 0% -> 1% -> 0% and the message with failed download pops up.

 

same problem here. England. can't download sprint pack. they are quick to take your money though.

 

still trying and trying it is....lol.... usually it's 0%--1%--0%--Can't download sprint pack..... now I have just had 0%--1%--100%-- can't download sprint pack????????????????

 

SSDD............... just had a download completed, quickly followed by can't download sprint pack. And guess what....it hasn't downloaded.

 

Hey, guys! Sorry to see that the content is still not downloading for you! We are still actively investigating why this and other DLCs will not download for you all. Once we have more information, we will post back in here. We appreciate your patience!

 

UPDATE; After trying for three days unsuccessfully to download sprint pack and needing something to do I tried downloading the drag pack. No problem at all. This confirms to me that the problem isn't at my end. But sprint pack will still not download.

 

Unfortunately for me nothing has changed... I was trying today but no luck at all. I still can't download "Sprint pack" and re-download "Drag pack" (although it was working for me couple of weeks ago - I don't understand why I was able to download it some
time ago and right now not; something must had changed in the marketplace, but not in the right direction...).

I'm still waiting for the solution from Microsoft.

 

Glad I found this thread, seeing as I'm not the only person with this issue.

I recently purchased this game on the intent of really only playing it for the Drag Pack, as I'm a huge NHRA fan. Unfortunetly, I cannot download the pack. I get the same "0%-1%-0%" issue, but oddly enough, I can download the Black Edition dlc. This is
pretty disappointing for me.

They clearly ain't interested in fixing this, and if they are its right at the bottom of the list. Sounds like my IT department at work... 'its not us the IT department in the US who need to activate it, we just look after x y and z..... God forbid microsoft's
precious money spinner Call of duty runs into any trouble; 2 of the modern warfare 3 packs faced the same issue some time last year, but guess what... Fixed within a week... I'm tired of the community spiel we are receiving on here. 'Oh we're sorry we're working
