Grid Autosport DRAG DLC

Still cannot download the Grid Autosport Drag DLC. I have paid for it and when i try to download it it sits at 0% then says cannot download. Ive had no problems with any other content and from reading online I am not the only one. Apparently this issue was
once fixed but is now broken again. Please do not tell me this is a developer issue as they have been reporting its a microsoft issue. I just want to get the content I have paid for and finish this game off. Sorry for the rant but its annoying as there is
no other way to obtain this content such as on a disc.

Drag pack won't download

I purchased a drag pack for grid autosport and its there but will not download , what can I do . Thanks brad

 

Unable to download GRID Autosport Drag Pack DLC

Hello,

I recently purchased "Drag Pack" DLC for game GRID Autosport. When I try to download it after the payment completed, it give me a message say "Can't download Drag Pack". I head to the dashboard (download history) and try to download it again,
same message appear.

Any Solution?

 

Me too! I've already gone through twitter support and live chat support several times, and posted on here but nothing gets fixed. They actually gave me a refund which was nice, but I still want to get the DLC, as without it I don't want to start playing
a game that can't be fully completed.

I also tried to contact the developer but they just send me back to MS.

 

I've been in contact with MS Support via Twitter and it seems they have finally fixed this problem So you better download it quickly before it breaks again
