Isn't the reason people pay for Xbox Live membership to be entitled for free games?

I believe that everyone and anyone paying for Live membership should have equal access to free content.

And if a game is limited to some regions then it shouldn't be presented as available to Live members !!!

Sorry but you are bound by the Terms of Use for the region you are in and those terms are not consistent region to region and never have been. All regions are not the same and there should be no expectation they should be or are.

Not understanding or agreeing with the issues caused with various laws from the different countries Live is or isn't supported in doesn't mean that they can all be ignored just because some feel entitled.

Now my problems with grid 2 fixed because problem was with my region.

I have set on English region but i live in Slovenia. Xbox don t have option to choice Slovenian regions.

Hi everybody; I'm not an expert here, but I see that nobody has offered up any assistance, so I figured I'd at least check one thing that I know can lead to problems. Does everybody here have their account region set the same as the region that they actually
live in? I know that this can cause issues with getting games.
