Now, if you're using an Xbox One you should be getting an error code that starts with XBOS. Please post that. Without it we cannot help

I live in Bulgaria, and there is no xbox live support, i cant do nothing to get grid 2? I can understand publisher making restrictions, but how can Microsoft put that game in deal with gold? So , some people can download it for free, and we (losers) cant
do nothing about that? isnt that discrimination?

 

The terms and conditions for games with gold does state that the games may not be available in all regions. It is not discrimination. It you live in a country that is not actually supported, they definitely can't guarantee you will be able to download all
of the games.
