Grid 2 from Games With Gold for May 2016 - Only in French

Hi,

I'm Portuguese, my Xbox 360 is sometimes set to Portuguese, other times to UK/US when I want to see something in English.

After downloading Grid 2 from May's GWG, the game appears only in French. As far as I can tell, there's no in-game option to change the language.

I've tried downloading the game both with English/Portuguese settings on the 360 and still the game is in French.

How do I make it download an English version?

I contacted Twitter Support which told me to talk to the Portuguese Support. I've called the number given to me and after the pre-recorded messages, I get no assistance. Nobody picks up the phone...

GRID 2 - FRENCH ONLY

Hello,

I bought yesterday GRID 2 from XBOX Live Market. Bu the only available language is French. I tried to play the game but it's really anoying and i don't understand a lot of french.

Tried everything to change the game language but nothing came to work.

I would really like to play the game but without option what should I do to get a refund?

The language of a game is determined by what the developers make available for download in each country. Unless there is an in-game menu to change the language, there is no other way to change the language of the game.

download is in french to, and it is really annoying, must xbox not inform the people that this is a french version

Sorry but games are usually limited to the local language of the marketplace they were downloaded from. I'm sorry to tell you that you most likely will not get a refund for the game because it was fully downloaded and you've played it.

Nope thats the [Mod Removed - Please do not attempt to bypass the word filter.] policy of MS. Is it so difficult to put a option button to choose in which language you want to download a game? In Belgium same, majority speeks dutch and understand
english better than French, but stil MS give games in FRENCH. Somebody should sue MS for this, beceause players get games in French while they prefer english, and wen they want it in english, they have to buy the game a second time in a store. This is a criminal
practice by MS. My next game console would not be a xbox one, but a PS4. I have enough from MS and is fraudulent practice. It even wont work when i put my region in US or UK, still get games in French. So by by MS and its fraudulent practice.
