Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in purchasing downloadable content for Grind 2, but it is not available in you region. Each region of the world has specific content on it's Xbox store. As the ambassadors
have stated, the content cannot be purchased if it is not available in your region.

Changing the region of your console will give you access to different options in the Xbox store. However, you cannot change the region on your console for another 3 months. Also, you will not be able to utilize the games and content that you purchased in
your current region. This is why we do not advise that you change the region on your console unless you plan on staying in a different country for an extended period of time. We hope this helps!

I feel my friend, could only use this dlc if your account was from a permitted region. This month here in Brazil (where I live) we had Castlevania Sotn in gwg, and it's not a game released in my region, and the Brazilians were without the game.
