Grid 2 - Back compat

I have this game on Disc, I played it every night for a year. In game I own and have tuned ALL the cars.

When I boot up the Xbox 360 the game is how I left it, all my cars say owned, all are upgraded.

When I play this game on the Xbox One, its using the savegame from the cloud, but in the game, I need to buy all the cars again. I have the game money to buy them all again, but I shouldn't have to.

Can you fix this please.

Thats awesome newsboy but if I'm on the store website to purchase for 360 so it will appear in my ready to install list its in dollars,how should i proceed as i can't seem to find it on the UK store?

Any help would be greatly appreciated ;-)

Hey there RTA nOsKiLLs!

Sorry to hear about the issue! If you haven't already, I suggest trying a few steps to see if we can get the updated content to be reflected on your Xbox One console:

First, Uninstall Grid 2 from your Xbox One console by navigating to My Games & Apps.

Under the Games tab select Grid 2 and press the Menu button.

Select Manage Game and select Grid 2 again.

Press the Menu button and select Uninstall.

From the Home screen of you Xbox One console, scroll to the left and select Settings.

Select All Settings, then select System.

Select Storage and then select Clear Local Xbox 360 Storage.

After your console has performed a restart, insert the Grid 2 disc to install the game again.

After the game has installed, try launching Grid 2 to see if you are able to access the previously purchased cars.

Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!

GOT EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOURS GAMES WITH GOLD GRID 2 PAYMENT CARD CHECK AND CONFIRMED BUT ERROR MESSAGES PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER?? VERY ANGRY ABOUT THAT ? I LOOKED AND TAKE ON SEVERAL TIMES BUT CANNOT AFFORD TO PICK UP AND DOWNLOADING THE GAME GRID
2? MAYBE SERVERS PROBLEM OR MICROSOFT SYSTEM SINCE LAST UPDATE MAY OCCURS ERROR COMPATIBILITY WITH XBOX ONE TO XBOX 360? ITS JUST A SUGGESTION? WAIT FOR AN ANSWER AND A SOLUTION FOR THAT?MAYBE BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY PROBLEMS? WHO KNOWS?

Grid Autosport works fine on the Xbox One. I've just tested it on my Xbox One, and it works fine, so you might not have got the info on your console that the game is backward compatible. Remember the console has to be online to play the back compat games
as the console has to check to see if the game is compatible or not.

Race Driver GRID stands as the best racing game this gen, until GRID 2 comes out.

Hopefully GRID 2 is better than the first, or it will be a huge disappointment by its fans that have been playing GRID 1 for years on Xbox LIVE. GRID is dead on PS3.
