Greyed out buttons on Windows 11 Xbox Game Bar

I am unable to use my Xbox game bar due to the buttons being greyed out, I also cannot find the settings to enable it in my settings nor can I find that one tab in the Xbox app. I've tried to repair it as well as reset it but no luck. I've also updated my computer and looked in the Microsoft store to see if it needed to be updated, no luck.

You can modify the GameDVR value in Registry Editor to make sure the Xbox Game Bar component remains enabled.

1. Press Windows + R and type regedit. Press enter.

2. Go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR.

3. If you cannot find the AppCaptureEnabled key, right-click on the space and choose New > DROWD (32-bit) Value. Name it as AppCaptureEnabled. Then, double-click on it to set the value data to 1.

4. Restart your computer.

Funny enough, I've tried that 2-3 times before and it didn't work. Now when I ask for help it wants to work. 😖😖
