    It all started when I could not play any games and I kept getting the error code 0x80070079 then I did a update then my xbox would go to a grey screen and now it still does that and I can’t turn off my Xbox normally by just tapping it I either have to hold it down or unplug it now I can’t even do anything on it I turn it on and immediately I get a grey screen I’ve looked at reviews and none of it works for me I’m really getting frustrated please help.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    In this case, we just need to reset your console keeping your games and apps through the Xbox Troubleshooter page. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

    3. Press and hold the Pair button and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    4. Continue holding the Pair button for 10-15 seconds.

    5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair button after the second power-up tone.

    6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please click on "Reset this Xbox" then "Reset and keep my games and apps".

    There is a
    "Storm Grey" Battlefield 1 Edition Xbox One S    , but it doesn't seem to be available for sale on the UK Xbox website for some reason.

    That's the only Xbox One S version that comes in Black/Grey, as far as I know. Try to shop around for that edition.

    Are you in the Insider/Preview Program?

    Have you tried waiting on the grey screen for a minute? Nothing happens?

    Have you tried turning off your Xbox completely for 30 seconds and restarting?

    As it would also be digital only

    There are two versions of the xbox one s

    Digital only and disc version disk version is the plainly labeled xbox one s

    it doesn't have the horsepower for it
