Discus and support Grey screen when adding an account, tried power cycling and factory resetting but nothinf works in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can add my account just fine, but for some reason when trying to add my friends account for gamesharing it either says "this account already exists"...     Grey screen when adding an account, tried power cycling and factory resetting but nothinf works


    I can add my account just fine, but for some reason when trying to add my friends account for gamesharing it either says "this account already exists" or i just get a blank grey screen.
