    Grey screen on start up with new beta UI


    I’m in beta I have the new UI and love it. Every time I start my console it does the new larger sign in with the icon then when I should be on the home screen it’s just grey. I can click the Xbox button and go into a game and once a game loads then I click home it works but it won’t work on startup. Not a big deal just a visual glitch.

    UI isn't complete. Still being tweaked. They recently started internal betas with the system at home.

    Soon as I put in GTA 5 my xbox has one red ring of death...But when I take it out it boots up fine, all other games play perfectly...

    also when I start up the XBOX with the CD already in it won't even make it to the dashboard, foreign chinese or something pops up in a dark grey screen.

    A lot of the issues you describe are known issues of the preview's new UI and can be reported via the feedback function if you hold down the Xbox button on your controllee. Furthermore, the Battlefront beta is a beta, with its own set of bugs and crashes
    that are independent of the new preview Ui (with the latter becoming more frequent on the last day of the beta due to stress testing, as announced by the game's devs).
