Grey Box when trying to play two new games

Hello,

I have downloaded the following games:

Doodle God Evolution

Old Man's Journey

I am unable to play these titles as they get stuck at a screen with a grey box that does not load any information.

I am in the Alpha Skip Ahead but didn't see anything regarding issues unless I missed something and didn't see anything posted anywhere else regarding this.

Any ideas on how this can be resolved?

Now this 8s a problem that could happen to anybody and what may of happened here is that some person could have accidently made a code for certain xbox's and it could be resolved by restarting your xbox or it maybe that it is a glitch so I would call Microsoft
if I was you and see if they can see what the problem is.

The only button that does anything to it is the two squares button which makes the bar a grey box.

Our minecraft keeps freezing/stalling too at the screen with the two grey boxes (join game on right). I can't tell if this is an xbox issue or a minecraft issue. I suppose I can try and reinstall.... this is totally frustrating. We have waited a long time
for the game and it's having issues.

Having the same problem. Came back from a 2 week holiday and when I launch my xbox one it says ´´Helaas Noah´´ which is similar to ´´Sorry Noah´´ in terms (dutch) but now I cant login, Have a grey background, Cant launch games. and the store is no longer
loading. When I try logging in it just shows a grey box with ´´Cancel´´ in it.

I have two normal controller, one is grey and blue, the other is red, but I want to get the new Xbox Elite Controller when is released
