Green Xbox Logo Followed By Black Screen When Powering On

Whenever I try to turn on my Xbox One, it shows the Green Xbox logo, after it's done it just goes to a black screen. I've tried fulling turning it off and restarting. Rebooting the xbox in 640x480, and unplugging it. I've let the thing sit for an hour on
the black screen and still nothing.

Before this occured, NONE of my apps would open it just seems like it's been slowly getting more and more sluggish until it killed itself.

Did a factory reset and it now shows I have 0 gamerscore

My Xbox One console was having problems. Upon powering my device, i would encounter an unresponsive black screen or an inresponsive green xbox one logo screen. In this case i followed a troubleshooting step to factory reset my console leaving the games.
When i went to recovery mu account/profile it showed i had 0 gamerscore.

is it stuck this way?

i am also unable to pick a gamerpicture.

Im having the same issue but when I try turn mine off normally the xbox logo flashes like its trying to donwload something it stays there for like 5 mins then the console resets back to the green screen and then followed by a black screen

 

Now it's giving me an error code from time to time.

E303 00000000 8007041D

I've done my research and none of the solutions I've found have worked.

Same problem here. Was their an update that may have done this?

 

I tried the OSUDT2 solution and I got the E305 error code. I then tried the factory restore method and my xbox is working again but now I have to reinstall everything. I guess it is better than having to send it off to microsoft.

The factory restore it's a process which re-installs the latest OS on the xbox, deleting everything and leaving it as new. Don't worry, everything linked to your account should be on the cloud, you''ll just have to download everything again.

If you can access your xbox one settings app, go there, then choose console, then restore factory defaults. If your xbox one does not boot (stuck on the green logo), you may use the OSUDT restoring file.

 

I'm having this problem too, it worked fine yesterday and now today it wont turn on. I've tried everything and nothing has worked, so I'm going to try and hard reset it one last time and let it sit unplugged for about 25 minutes and see if that fixes this
problem. If not, I'm calling Microsoft and chewing someone's butt out for charging $500 for a so-called "next-gen" console that has had more problems than the Xbox and Xbox 360 combined and its only been out a little under a year. I'll try to keep you updated
if I get it to work.

I have the same problem also occasionally but when it happens, I just hold the xbox button for 5 seconds and wait 30 seconds to turn it back on.
