Green start up screen not showing.

After yesterday's issues with online service and before I knew there was a service issue I tried to power cycle my Xbox multiple times and even tried the OSDUT technique. Now my console will not even boot to the green screen. It turns on and tries to read
the disc, but nothing follows and just shows a black screen. I fear that I have put the console in a weird state from doing the OSDUT wrong. Any recommendations?

Unplug the console and wait 5 minutes plug it back in

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but we would suggest
Requesting a Callback from one of our Xbox Support Specialists since they have at their disposal a better arsenal of tools to look into the consoles OS and (worst case scenario) possibly look into a repair. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thank you for keeping us updated. By any chance, have you tried performing the Soft factory reset? Turn on your console to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter the same way you have been doing it before. This time, choose reset this xbox and then "Reset and keep
my games and apps". You will need to sign back into your account after these steps are performed. If you need the steps for the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter again, here they are :

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

I went through all of the steps and tried to get it to setup with OSU2 and OSU1, OSU2 failed with a power down tone and OSU1 never made the second start up tone.
