Green screen, xbox won't go past it.

Hello. I've tried every method listed on support about this issue. My xbox one won't go past the green screen. It will stay there for half an hour and won't do anything. I've tried doing the method with the usb and getting the osudt2 file and also the factory
settings about 30 times and still no luck. I contacted support, they told me I would have to pay about 150 dollars to repair my console when it wasn't even my fault. I am in the preview program and on the terms and conditions it stated that if it were to brick
my console (which it did) that they would repair my console free of cost. I just want to get my console repaired. Any help would greatly help me out thanks. I also contacted chat support and they reffered me here

Hi, Dustin. My name is Ron, I'm an independent advisor. I will be more than happy to help you.

Please do the steps below in sequence to do a factory reset and let me know if it works:

- Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

- Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

- Wait 30 seconds.

- Plug the power cord back in.

- Press and hold the BIND button (the one you use to sync controllers) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

- Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

- Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart.

Note: If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.

- You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

- The console should start and show the Troubleshooting screen

- Choose "reset this Xbox" and there you have an option to Keep Games and Apps (already downloaded) or to Remove Everything

Once that's done, let me know if it lets you access the Xbox dashboard.

Same problem with mine. I went to install the update and it wouldn't go past 75% for about 6 hours, so restarted it and got stuck on the green loading screen and have done tried the offline update method multiple times and still won't go past the same point.
