Green screen with sound when i watch videos

Hello,

Recently and suddenly ,when i try to watch a game trailer or a video on youtube or netflix, i can see only a green screen although sound is ok.

I must turn off my console,remove the power cable for some minitues and turn it on again. Then problem is solved untill the next time it appears again.

What am i supposed to do?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. Are you experiencing this issue on a Xbox One or Xbox 360? Does this issue occur with games as well as applications? Does this
issue occur when you watch a DVD or Blu-ray on your console? Does this issue occur while your console is connected to a different HDMI port on your television? Be sure to let us know the results!

After i changed from "recommended" to "hdmi" in the display options(console settings) and set resolution to 1080p 60hz (my tv is FHD) problem is solved.

The problem occurs only with videos and it started suddenly.

I tried new hdmi, different port but it happens again. Games dont have any issues.

I just reset the video options and i will see if the problem is solved.

Did you ever sort this problem out? Only asking as I have the exact same problem and have bought 2 new hdmi leads to test but they haven't worked =\

there's a chance it could be the cable, try another one and see.
