Green Screen which cannot be cleared with bind/eject; no troubleshooting screen. Just green.

I have an X1 original that had an unclearable green login screen. The screen appears that it will load but never does. I have done the bind/eject with power on. I get the two beeps but it never switches from the green loading screen. I can't gain access
to the troubleshooting screen, I don't get any black screen. It just remains at green, no matter trying the bind/eject then power on MANY time, unplugging it for 30 seconds before trying, letting it sit 5 minutes before powering on, letting it sit an hour.
I left the green screen on for hours with no change.

Help!

Day one patch failing at 79%

I tryed every combination of holding you could imagine, just wont go. Two persons, 1 hand, 2 hands, first bind, first eject, and all times go to the green screen....

When I try it just hangs at the green screen that says Xbox one until I eventually let go of the bind/eject buttons and then it just goes to the controller config screen. I've held the buttons for 3-5 minutes. Any ideas?

Hey there, blatchy!

I'm sorry to see any issues with the console! One of the things I have had customers do in the past is instead of waiting for two chimes, wait for a third chime. I've done this on my own console and had a little better luck.

If that screen still doesn't come up, then the console will need to be repaired. You can do that through our
Device Support page.

Mine was kept online. I did a hard reset and let the green screen go for 30 minutes the first time. I did a 2nd hard reset and let it go for 15 mins. I did a 3rd hard reset and let the green screen go for 5-10 mins. I did a 4th hard reset and unplugged the
Xbox for 6 mins but got green screen and let it go for 2 mins. I did the hard reset and turned on by holding the side sync button and eject down which turned it on but still just green screen. I did a hard reset 1 or 2 more times letting the green screen go
for 2 min and it finally worked. I know it seems crazy but wanted to give a specific of what I did.

I tried the offline system diagnostic tool, but after holding the bind and eject button for 15 seconds, nothing happens. In fact, nothing at all happens for several minutes, at which point the xbox green screen comes up and the console is stuck there as
if I hadn't done anything with the offline system update diagnostic tool...

Do you have any further suggestions?
