Green screen when loading games

Discus and support Green screen when loading games in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; As the title suggests. I can log in to the xbox and go to the hkme page.     Green screen when loading games


    As the title suggests. I can log in to the xbox and go to the hkme page. Open up apps such as spotify and netflix. But any game i open i get a green screen. I cant cant see any picture but i can hear the game audio through the tv. I did a full favtory reset
    of the console and it didnt seem to work

    Any tips

    I can play Call of Dutys others, I can play both, but I think when the game loads "hardly ever" the screen turns green and goes to the menu in multiplayer, the single did not know, but the game does not load this is the problem as I said when bears turn

    Xbox Fitness Won't load

    In my case, when I launch Xbox fitness it just goes to the green screen with "Xbox fitness" on it and the little green loading dots then it goes right back to the home screen without loading fully. It's been a while now and no solution yet from MS???

    When the XBOX ONE goes to the green loading screen this NORMALLY means there was a power outage or what not.

    What I can suggest to you is unplug the XBOX ONE for a few seconds, plug it back in it will load the green loading screen again, but hopefully complete the loading afterwards. If not you may have a faulty system.
