    Green screen update failure


    This is more of a rant. Xbox crashed due to failed system update. I purchased a repair and expedited shipping last week. Xbox is still here because every link I have been emailed by microsoft to print the shipping label did not have a link to print the label.
    So I'm out $130 with a broken Xbox, and Microsoft has yet to email me a shipping label after a week. Don't expect help if you try to get support for an Xbox. If they don't send me the label: I'm going to have to cancel the repair, then toss the Xbox in the
    trash and buy a new system which won't be an Xbox.

    Well only turned the Xbox on got past the green screen come up saying system failure

    Black screen after Xbox green boot screen

    Hi Guys,

    I have a problem since I got updates on Monday 2nd Nov, on Tuesday 3rd Nov I get the Xbox green loading screen, then a black screen after that. The hard drive is working away and the Kinect still loads up, and will wake up from controller but with no picture.
    Is it connected to any updates that came out, or do I have a hardware failure?

    i'm having an issue with my Xbox. this morning i had a slight 3 second power failure through out the entire house and my Xbox went out. i turned it back on but it got as far as the green Xbox screen and went to a black screen. is there anyway i can fix this

    Update This morning I turned it on and it just sits at the green xbox one screen. I tried the factory restore with no luck it still just sits at the green screen loading.
