Green Screen Stuck, No Loading Dots

Hello All,

My Xbox One has been out of commission for almost 4 months now and every once in a while I come back to try and fix it, but to no avail. Let me break it down for everyone and hope that I can maybe get an actual fix:

When I power on the XboX One it initially stays at a black screen. This seems to be because the HDMI is not recognized(yes i have tried other cords and other TVs). After about 5 minutes the HMDI is recognized and my Xbox boots up to the green screen. Here
it gets stuck and will stay forever. I've tried just about all the solutions including the offline diagnostic tool (I used OSUDT2 since my Xbox worked fine for about 6 or 7 months before this issue and yes I formatted the flash drive correctly). One difference
I see in my Xbox compared to others that get stuck on the green screen is that the 3 little loading dots on most screens do not appear on mine. There is simply nothing. When I try the offline diagnostic I never hear the two beeps for powering on when I hold
the BIND and EJECT buttons. I feel as though this may be because the xbox doesn't actually display a visual for about 5 minutes after the power has been turned on. I am truly at a loss. The Xbox is no longer under warranty and I feel as though I have a piece
of equipment I paid a pretty penny for that I will never be able to use again. It is quite frustrating. If anyone has any advice PLEASE pass it along.

Stuck in green loading screen after April update

hi there, hope you can help.

We have just applied the April update to our xbox one, and now it is stuck at the green xbox one loading screen with the 3 dots alternating. There is activity in the machine, but it has been stuck on this screen over an hour now!

what should I do?

 

Xbox Fitness Won't load

In my case, when I launch Xbox fitness it just goes to the green screen with "Xbox fitness" on it and the little green loading dots then it goes right back to the home screen without loading fully. It's been a while now and no solution yet from MS???
