Green screen seems to take a long time to get to main screen.

Every time I shut my Xbox one off when I go to turn it back on it stays on the Green screen for a bit then loads up the regular start up screen. When I go to play the game I was playing it starts the whole thing over instead of right where I started off. Or it doesn’t just go to the main screen like it use to. I’ve tried all the reset techniques and nothing seems to work. What am I missing any help is useful. TIA
