Green screen on videos

The pre-view dash board was great, not a lot of problems up untill about two days in i try to go on youtube and i got this green screen that would still let me hear the video but not see anything so i quit and thought it was a glitch and try hulu and there
it was again then i tryed netflix and internet explorer and it was on both of them. hope who every is reading this can fix the problem.

Hey there. This is an issue with the preview update. Make sure you report it via the console, and also make sure you have the most recent update (Settings, System, it will either say Update Now or No Update Available). Also, make sure you post all preview
related issues in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx).

Hi my xbox one was working fine until the dashboard update but I reset the console and it started running perfect. Now when I try netflix and YouTube and watching people's clips the video either freezes or green screens. The audio is still playing.. I have
had this on my laptop and it was something to do with flash but with the xbox I have no option to update such things. Can anyone give me some advise
