Green Screen on Video playback.

Hey everyone!

I have been dealing with a reoccurring issue with an Xbox One X . Everytime there is a video playback the screen turns green. I can see the menus from the Blu-ray as well as the Xbox menu but, no actual footage. Sounds are functioning as normal. I have reset
my Xbox once, fixed it but, it happened again. I have reset the console twice and i can see the button layout of the controller when you initially start it up but the sctual picture/video ofthe controller is gone. Pretty much unsure what to do at this point.

Hey Andre' Arnett-Braun! The resets performed were factory resets. These were the full resets, not the "keep my apps" one.

If a hard reset does not solve the problem, try replacing the hdmi cable. If the problem persists, the repair is still triggered.

If the hard restart didn't help you I would suggest the factory reset to solve this issue.

I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox One X.

What other troubleshooting have you done (if any)? When you say that you have "reset your console", do you mean that you have performed a power cycle? Did you unplug all of the cords when you troubleshooted?
