Green Screen on OneGuide

Hi there.

My OneGuide since 2 month ago shows a green background screen only on the live tv. Games, Netflix, Youtube are ok.

Does someone know how to fix it?

Xbox One update rolling out across the world right now

Have you gone into Settings, then TV&OneGuide, then OneGuide and select TV line-up. Follow the on-screen prompts to set it up.

 

Can't get Time Warner Scientific Atlanta Explorer 4240HDC working .

Do you use the voice command "Xbox select" to bring up the green options on the OneGuide to be able to "speak" the commands? There should be an option called "watch this channel" in green to change to that channel.

Since the Live TV is generally brought in from the HDMI In port it's possible the device isn't connected and turned on. Do you see the same Green Screen when you open the Live TV section?

 

I'm with the same problem. For me, when i plug the hdmi input from my xbox on my cable TV set-top, the tv works, but in a green image (i can see the image in different green tones, audio works).

But plug my cable TV set-top directly to tv (same cable, same hdmi port), it works fine, i don't have this issue.

If i plug my computer instead tv on xbox hdmi input, (same cable), works fine too!

So, my hdmi cable seems works fine, my cable tv set-top seems works fine, my hdmi cable seems works fine, the hdmi input port from xbox seems works fine, but this specific configuration, de cable tv device plugged on xbox, does not work!!!

I've done the same tests with the same results.

I don't believe its a cable or port problem.To me it is a bad integration between OneGuide and decoder. Some parameter had been changed with an update release and it is causing all this trouble...

Looking forward to hearing from Xbox support ...
