    Green screen of death... Multiple times


    About 1-2 weeks ago my Xbox one started getting stuck while loading up at the green logo screen. It took about 20 minutes and then have me an error. After some research it was suggested to unhook power for a bit, then turn on holding the eject button
    and the sync button until beeps are heard. This worked fine. I factory reset the console keeping games and it worked for a couple days. Then it happened again. I did the same thing and it worked for a day. I did it again and it worked for 5 days. Now
    it has happened again... What is the problem and how can I fix it?

    Ok. If it happens again, (fingers crossed it doesn't), I will try deleting everything... Bummer. Thanks for the reply. Let me know if you think of anything else to try out.

    Hi Big,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Sounds like the OSU files are becoming corrupt. Do you always do the reset where you keep games and apps? If so we recommend trying the delete everything. This way its a fresh start. If continue to have the issue we suggest
    setting up a repair on
    device support    . As it could be an issue with the internal hardware.
