    Hi,

    I have the green screen of death in my Xbox one (purchased in December 2013).

    The problem, is. That I tried all kind of solution that I found on Microsoft support web site and all suggested ones by the community :

    - factory reset (with and without deleting games and data)

    - software update using USB

    - software reset using USB

    - use a different accounts

    - ...

    Each time the console restarts properly for a couple of hours and then it blocked : nothing responses and it restarts and then the green screen of death.

    Any other ideas to resolve the issue?

    Mine has been stuck on the green screen for hours I have tried unconnecting power and reseting but is still stuck on the green screen. is this possibly green screen of death?

    Okay, so...I need some help with my xbox one S and reddit ain't much help.

    Alright, hopefully this will work next time i have this problem. but it still doesn't explain why it does the green screen of death some times, it's rare, but some times it'll say "failed to sync games" or something like that, and then that's what forces me to do a factory reset.
